Greyson Chance and Miranda Cosgrove “Dance Crazy” on The Ellen Show

Greyson Chance took the stage with Miranda Cosgrove for a surprise appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show today.

Last night Greyson Tweeted, “On my way to Ellen, I am gonna be Dancing Crazy!”  We did a little research and found out that Miranda Cosgrove was scheduled to perform her hit single “Dancing Crazy” on an episode of The Ellen Show which would air today.  Based on Greyson’s latest Tweet we had a hutch that he would be performing with her (as he did on the Dancing Crazy Tour) so we set our DVR’s and waited.

Miranda began her performance with her band and backup singers but no Greyson! (Maybe we were wrong?) Nahh!  During the second half of the song Miranda said “Give it up for Greyson Chance!” and bam! There he was!  Greyson took the stage, sang along with Miranda and danced crazy!  Greyson was energetic and really got into the song!

During the interview with Ellen DeGeneres afterwards, Miranda talked about her experience with Greyson on tour.  Miranda said that one night Greyson pranked her tour bus along with his band which was pretty funny but otherwise he always behaved himself and was a “perfect gentleman”.

Greyson Chance Rocking Out The Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona

Greyson Chance did it again!  With only two shows left on the Dancing Crazy Tour with Miranda Cosgrove, Greyson rocked another packed house, this time at the Marquee Theatre in Tempe, Arizona.

The February 23rd show started with the lights off, the theater was completely blacked out.  You could hear cheers from screaming fans calling “Greyson!”.  Suddenly blue lights illuminated the stage and Greyson’s band began to play but Greyson was nowhere to be found.  The band played several ballads and then the lights went black again.  A few moments later the stage was once again illuminated and BAM! there was Greyson, sitting at his famous grand piano.

Greyson proceeded to play his covers of Fire, Empire State of Mind and his original songs Unfriend You and Waiting Outside The Lines among others.  Tempe was filled with some awesome fans who really got into the show and cheered Greyson on throughout it all.

There is only one more show left! Anaheim… here we come!

Greyson Chance’s latest stop on the Dancing Crazy Tour with Miranda Cosgrove was at the House of Blues in Houston, Texas on February 20th.

Houston marked the start of the last three shows for Greyson and his tour partner.  The duo put on another killer concert for a packed house of screaming fans.

We received several letters and comments from fans who attended the Houston show, the general consensus was that it was amazing!

One fan told us, “I was there with my mom, we rocked out!” and another, “Best night of my life!”.  There are only two more shows left as part of the tour: Tempe and Anaheim, so get your tickets!

Greyson Chance Captures the Spotlight in Lowell, Massachusetts

Greyson Chance captured the spotlight when he rolled into Lowell, Massachusetts to play at the Lowell Memorial Auditorium on February 10th.

The show in Lowell was the 14th stop on the Dancing Crazy Tour, the cross country set of performances where Greyson has been performing alongside pop star and actor Miranda Cosgrove.

The atmosphere was awesome in Lowell; during the show fans were running up on stage everyone in attendance appeared to have a great time.

After the show Greyson headed back to his tour bus where he played video games all night long!  Before touring Greyson wasn’t much of a gamer but we guess there’s only so much you can actually do on a tour bus for two months!

Greyson Chance Owns the Strathmore in Bethesda, Maryland

Greyson Chance must own the Music Center at Strathmore in Bethesda, Marlynd.  That’s what everyone in attendance during last nights show was probably thinking after watching Greyson own the stage and work the center like a seasoned-vet!

One fan commented to us following the show, “I was there.  Unbelievable!  He sang with the band, sang solo, fronted the band, worked the stage, he did it all.  So talented and comfortable on stage you’d swear he’d been touring for years! I knew he played piano…but never knew that good!”

Bethesda was the 13th stop for Greyson on the Dancing Crazy Tour, that’s right… the tour is already more then half way over!  The first half of the tour was absolutely amazing and we can’t wait to see what the last leg of the tour has in store!

Greyson Chance Rocks Out in Glenside, Pennsylvania

Greyson Chance: Round number two for Pennsylvania!

Greyson returned to PA last night, February 6th to rock out the Keswick Theatre in Glenside.  Greyson’s first visit to PA on the Dancing Crazy Tour was on February 2nd when he battled snowstorms to perform in Munhall.

Keeping with the spirit from his New York show, he again performed his cover of Empire State of Mind along with covers of Paparazzi, Fire and his unreleased song Unfriend You.  Greyson thought the show in Glenside went “really well” but said it was one of the most chaotic ones yet!

During the meet and greet Greyson had the opportunity to interact with some awesome fans, some of whom wrote “I love you” and “you’re cute” all over his dirty tour bus!

Greyson Chance Performs in New York City with an Empire State of Mind

Greyson Chance was a hit in the Big Apple last night at the Beacon Theatre in New York City.

NYC was Greyson’s latest stop on the Dancing Crazy tour with Miranda Cosgrove and he brought his A-Game to the city he loves.  Since rocking out in Times Square on New Year’s Eve Greyson has said that New York has become one of his favorite places to perform.

Last night Greyson once again took the stage and performed a killer lineup of songs including covers of Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi and Augustana’s Fire but perhaps the biggest surprise for the New Yorkers in attendance was his rendition of Alicia Key’s Empire State of Mind.  We’ve been telling you about Greyson’s unreleased song Unfriend You which he’s been playing on every stop on tour, well he performed that (soon to be hit song) again too!

The concert in New York City had a an amazing energy that only New York City can deliver and we know that Empire State of Mind Greyson is feeling now will carry over to his next show in Glenside, Pennsylvania tonight at the Keswick Theatre as the Dancing Crazy tour continues!

Greyson Chance Invades the Oakdale Theatre in Connecticut

Greyson Chance invaded the Oakdale Theatre in Wallingford, Connecticut on February 4th along with his tour partner, Miranda Cosgrove.

Wallingford marked the 9th stop for Greyson on the Dancing Crazy Tour which kicked off last month in Kansas City.  Wallingford brought one of the most enthusiastic crowds to date.  In fact, at the end of the show a bunch of the kids in attendance jumped on stage with Greyson; he didn’t mind though because Greyson loves his fans!

With each and every show that Greyson performs in he is becoming more comfortable on stage and that was demonstrated in the Wallingord show as he worked the Oakdale Theatre stage.

After the show Greyson spent some time with his band on the tour bus writing some new songs.  In case you were wondering, Greyson was using a program called “Pro Tools” to make some awesome beats!

The next stop after departing Connecticut…. New York City baby!

Greyson Chance My Day My Life

Greyson Chance wakes up at 8am, digs through his suitcase to find clothes for the day, rushes through security lines at the airport, flys a few hours to his destination, attends band practice, gets wired up, then grabs a microphone before hitting the stage to sing his heart out; that’s all in a day’s work for the thirteen-year-old singing sensation who is on tour with Miranda Cosgrove.

In a new video just released by Teen.com we are invited in to a day in the life of Greyson, let’s just say that we were exhausted just watching it.

Greyson talks about his experience on the Dancing Crazy tour with Miranda as well as his journey to get there. It hasn’t even been a year since the teen singer was discovered by Ellen DeGeneres on YouTube and he’s already on tour!.  Greyson jokingly commented, “If someone were to come up to me and told me where I was going to be today I would probably slap them in the face and say: don’t say that.. you’re going to get my hopes up!”

Well Greyson, you are here today and we are so thrilled for all you have accomplished!
