Greyson Chance WonderWall Interview Update

We told you yesterday that Greyson Chance was to be interviewed by WonderWall in a series of Tweets.  Later we updated this announcement letting all of Greyson’s fans know that the interview had been cancelled due to technical problems with Twitter at the time of the scheduled interview.

According to WonderWall’s Twitter account (@WonderWallMSN), they’re going to try again this Monday (August 9th).  As always, stay tuned right here on Greyson’s fan site for the very latest.  We will bring you a full recap of the entire exchange between Greyson and WonderWall shortly following its conclusion.

Greyson Chance, Pathway to Fame by katiechickk3

Katie (katiechickk3) made this nice video about her “love”, Greyson Chance.  This awesome video pretty much tells the story of Greyson’s young career.  Following Greyson’s story, Katie mentions that she can’t wait to buy Greyson’s album which is scheduled for release later this year.  Overall we thought this was great!

Greyson Chance Spills the Beans about “Broken Hearts”

Greyson Chance recently stopped by the BOP and Tiger Beat offices and gave them the low down about his original song, “Broken Hearts“.

For those unfamiliar with BOP and Tiger Beat, they publish a celebrity news magazine and also have tons of online content available through their website.  After Greyson’s visit they said he was the “biggest sweetheart” and “so cute” in person.  Although the published interview is relatively short, we do learn what “Broken Hearts” is all about!  You can checkout a video of Greyson’s visit at the bottom of this article, we’ve also transcribed the interview below for your convenience.

Greyson: Hey BOP and Tiger Beat, it’s Greyson Chance and so I think a lot of people want to know if I write songs about girls.  The only song i’ve written about a girl is actually “Broken Hearts”, that’s the only one.
BOP: What did you write the song about?
Greyson: I wrote it about two girls that kind of kicked me to the curb, it’s just kind of me venting, that’s all.
BOP: Do they know it’s about them?
Greyson: Actually I haven’t talked to them in a long, long, long time, so I really don’t know.

If you haven’t logged on to BOP and Tiger Beat’s website before, it has some awesome celebrity gossip that is definitely worth checking out!  One of their other recent stories which caught my attention was a hand drawn picture of Greyson Chance’s idol, Lady Gaga!

WonderWall will Interview Greyson Chance Tonight!

Update: Twitter was over capacity tonight so the interview has been postponed.  We’ll keep you posted with the new date.

Greyson Chance is set to be interviewed by MSN’s WonderWall (@wonderwallMSN) tonight on Twitter!

The interactive interview is scheduled to take place on Twitter at 3pm PT/6pm ET.  In order to see the interview you need to follow @wonderwallMSN and @GreysonChance on Twitter!

How does this interview exactly work?
Basically WonderWall will be asking Greyson questions in a series of Tweets.  Greyson will then respond to those questions with Tweets of his own.  It’s that simple!  We will have a complete recap of the interview later in the night following the event, so stay tuned!

Worldwide Fan Support for Greyson Chance

Even though Greyson Chance is from the small town of Edmond, Oklahoma, he has developed a huge fan following worldwide.  This leaves us to wonder, where exactly are Greyson’s biggest fans from?

To answer this question we referenced the site statistics here on Greyson’s fan site.  Although these statistics are not necessarily a definitive determining factor in figuring out where Greyson’s largest fan base is, it gives us a good idea of where in the world people are showing interest in the young singer.

So here it is, the top ten countries that are showing support for the Paparazzi kid:

  6. Brazil
  7. Germany
  8. Philippines

  10. France

The countries with the greatest increase in new visits recently are Brazil, United Kingdom and Australia.

Greyson Chance Sends a Big Thanks to Fans

Greyson Chance sent out a HUGE thanks to all of his fans this evening via Twitter.  In fact, his message was so long it took 3 tweets just to send it!  Greyson would like to thank all of his fans for being so supportive of his music career and is so thankful for everything.  Greyson realizes that without all his fans he couldn’t do this and loves them for always being there to support him.

Here is the 3-tweet message Greyson sent:

“I just want to take the time to thank ALL of you. You guys have been such a big support to me in the past couple of weeks and I couldn’t thank you guys enough. This has been an amazing ride and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without all of you. You guys will always be in my heart and we will take this journey together! Love you all, Greyson”.

It’s awesome to see Greyson again taking the time to recognize his fans and let the know how much they mean to him.

Young Matthew Sings with Greyson Chance

We know that Greyson Chance has inspired so many people as he pursues his dream of being a successful recording artist.  Greyson’s fan site, Greyson Chance Web receives tons of emails and letters daily from Greyson Chance fans, telling us how Greyson has inspired them to pursue their dreams.

After watching the video below it appears there is no age limit on who who he has inspired!  This video is of young Matthew (floridojunk) strumming along on his guitar with Greyson. This is so cute and definitely worth checking out!

Greyson Chance Inspires Fans (ashleesinger101)

Ashley (ashleesinger101) is so inspired by Greyson Chance that she made this little video to thank him for helping her sing in front of other people!  That’s awesome!  Way to go Ashley!  Sarah is also featured in this video; she says that she’s been telling all her friends about Greyson and can’t wait for his first album!
