Greyson Chance pulled an all-nighter Tuesday for an after-hours music writing session.

Following a quiet two days on his Twitter account (@GreysonChance), Greyson Tweeted late Tuesday night that he was going to be up writing some new music as a result of some drama, presumably in the young singers life.  Greyson shot out a thirteen-word Tweet saying “I am going to be up all night tonight; drama turns into music”.

We can only assume that the “drama” Greyson is referring to may have to do with something going on with his music career or personally in his life.  On the other hand, maybe Greyson was referring to something on a larger scale, relating to world drama.  At this point it’s just speculation, but with everything that has happened in Greyson’s life in such a short period of time, we can only imagine that there has been some drama along the way.

This isn’t the first of Greyson’s late night writing sessions either.  If you recall, early last month Greyson was up into the wee hours of the morning writing music.  At that time Greyson said, “Late night writing sessions, I love it”.

We’ve told you before how dedicated Greyson is to his music and this is just another prime example.  Most artists I imagine would jot their ideas down on a piece of paper and write the music in the morning, but not Greyson Chance.  In every original song we’ve heard from Greyson, the number one thing that fans comment about is the level of passion he shows and expresses while singing.  Some ask how a thirteen year old can have such strong feelings about what he sings, here is your answer!

Every song that we’ve heard from Greyson (including those he’s performed live off his unreleased album: Past and an unnamed song) have been about things that he’s felt and been inspired by.  “Past” was written by Greyson after he saw a commercial for child abuse on television.  His new “unnamed song” he wrote about a child who was abandoned and sent off to an adoption agency.  You won’t find too many teenagers who would write about these types of topics and could do so with such passion.  Aside from Greyson’s naturally amazing voice, this is what makes him such a special young man.
