Greyson Chance Twitter 250,000 Strong

Greyson Chance has officially reached and surpassed 250,000 followers on his official Twitter account @GreysonChance.

It was about a month ago when we told you that Greyson had reached 200,000 followers.  Since that time over 54,000 additional people have subscribed to the teen singer’s Twitter and the count is growing by the minute!  In the past few weeks Greyson has been working diligently in the studio, recording songs for his upcoming albums.  Greyson, who has not even released a record yet has a huge fan base and it will only get bigger once his first album hits shelves in the upcoming weeks.

As Greyson’s largest fansite we would like to personally thank the entire Greyson Nation for supporting Greyson Chance and following his music career right along with us.  It won’t be too long before we are reporting that Greyson has reached 1 million followers.

Greyson Chance Twitter Army

In a newly released video by Popstar Magazine, Greyson Chance reminds all his fans to follow him on his official Twitter account, @GreysonChance.

Greyson’s Twitter Army has grown tremendously since its launch back on May 16th.  It’s been almost two weeks since Greyson reached and surpassed 200,000 followers.  Since then Greyson has racked up over 28,000 additional followers!

It’s absolutely amazing how large Greyson’s fan base has become since he hit the internet spotlight only three short months ago.  With the scheduled release of his debut album later this year, we fully expect that his impressive Twitter following will easily reach and surpass the 1 million mark rather quickly.

A couple days back we wrote about how Greyson told Popstar Magazine that he would date a fan.  During another visit to the popular magazine, Greyson recorded a short clip reminding all his fans to follow him on Twitter.  Checkout the video below!

Greyson Chance Thanks a Dedicated Fan

A Greyson Chance super fan got the surprise of a lifetime today when she received a huge shout out and thank you from Greyson himself via Twitter. 

Back on June 30th, Gabby (YouTube: GabbyChance) posted an awesome fan video where she talked about her obsession with her favorite singer, Greyson Chance.  After we watched the video it was pretty apparent how inspired Gabby has been by Greyson. 

In the five minute long fan video Gabby talks about how Greyson has inspired her to continue playing the piano and attempts to recruit new enchancers (Enchancer:  A Greyson Chance Fan!)  

Throughout the video Gabby lists 10 reasons she loves Greyson: 

  1. He’s so down to earth and mature!
  2. I love his smile!
  3. He plays the piano, like me! 
  4. He sings as well.
  5. He sings and plays with his soul!  I can feel it.
  6. Greyson is smart, fun and inspirational!
  7. He’s friendly, funny, sweet and kind.
  8. He is so cute!
  9. He’s really handsome too!
  10. He also plays soccer!

If you recall, several weeks ago we talked about how Greyson Chance fans come from all over and listed Brazil as the #6 country with the most Greyson fans.  Well Gabby represents one of those Brazilian fans!  I imagine that since Gabby posted her video to recruit more enchancers, Brazil has moved up on the list… we’ll check up on that! 

Today Greyson Chance came across Gabby’s video while checking YouTube and was so impressed that he posted it to his Twitter account (@GreysonChance) and shot out a Tweet with the link to his 211,000+ followers.  In response to the video Greyson told us: 

This video is awesome!  It is great to know that I have “enchancers” out there supporting me!  I put a lot of emotion into my music and to know that people see that it makes me feel great!  Thank you Gabby!

Sometimes people ask me how I can love Greyson if I don’t even know him 

I actually don’t know… I can’t explain exactly how I feel when I think about Greyson… 

Well, I know part of the reason of why I love Greyson: He’s so down to earth and mature! I love his smile! He plays the piano, like me! He sings as well. He sings and plays with his soul!  I can feel it. Greyson is smart, fun and inspirational! He’s friendly, funny, sweet and kind. He is so cute! He’s really handsome too! He also plays soccer! If I could, I’d spend the day here talking about Greyson… All I can say for now is that he is amazingly talented and really special!  I’m sure he’ll stay humble, because he’s awesome xD. 

I don’t mind if people will laugh at me because of my obsession with Greyson, I love him and I want to say it out loud!  And I’m not alone!  If you haven’t fallen in love with Greyson yet… Than WOW. 

I’ve been playing the piano since February 2007, and he inspired me a lot!  I’m learning to play Broken Hearts this FRIDAY!!  Well, I guess Greyson will never see this but.. Whatever!  All I want is to support him! 

Well, thank you so much Greyson!  I love you!  I just wanted you to know how awesome and inspirational you are!

Greyson Chance WonderWall Interview Update

We told you yesterday that Greyson Chance was to be interviewed by WonderWall in a series of Tweets.  Later we updated this announcement letting all of Greyson’s fans know that the interview had been cancelled due to technical problems with Twitter at the time of the scheduled interview.

According to WonderWall’s Twitter account (@WonderWallMSN), they’re going to try again this Monday (August 9th).  As always, stay tuned right here on Greyson’s fan site for the very latest.  We will bring you a full recap of the entire exchange between Greyson and WonderWall shortly following its conclusion.

Greyson Chance Sends a Big Thanks to Fans

Greyson Chance sent out a HUGE thanks to all of his fans this evening via Twitter.  In fact, his message was so long it took 3 tweets just to send it!  Greyson would like to thank all of his fans for being so supportive of his music career and is so thankful for everything.  Greyson realizes that without all his fans he couldn’t do this and loves them for always being there to support him.

Here is the 3-tweet message Greyson sent:

“I just want to take the time to thank ALL of you. You guys have been such a big support to me in the past couple of weeks and I couldn’t thank you guys enough. This has been an amazing ride and I wouldn’t have been able to do it without all of you. You guys will always be in my heart and we will take this journey together! Love you all, Greyson”.

It’s awesome to see Greyson again taking the time to recognize his fans and let the know how much they mean to him.

Greyson Chance Twitter Background “Greyson Energy”

Our second Greyson Chance Twitter Background, “Greyson Energy” is here!

Since the release of our first Greyson Chance Twitter Wallpaper we’ve received several requests for a new one, so here it is!

To upload the wallpaper to your Twitter profile, follow the instructions below.

1) Click on the thumbnail of the Twitter Background above (or click here), this will open it up in a new window.
2) Right click on the wallpaper in the new window and click “save as” and save it to your desktop.
3) Login to your Twitter account and go to the “Settings” tab and then click the “Design” tab.
4) At the bottom, click “Change Background Image”
5) Click “Browse” and locate the saved background on your desktop.  Click it and choose “open”.
6) Click “Save Changes” and enjoy!

Greyson Chance Fan Site Tools

Okay, we’ve received a few e-mails about our new Greyson Chance Fan Site Tools which you’ve probably noticed at the bottom of our website by now.  This brand new addition to Greyson’s fan site makes it easier for you to connect with Greyson and his latest happenings!

We’ve been working on the site a lot lately, as our subscribers have probably been able to tell and this was a cool feature that we thought would be usefull.  The Site Tools bar makes it easier for visitors to checkout the latest posts, Tweets and Facebook entries!  Fans can also easily “like” articles which they find interesting and share them with others!

Some other features include the ability to translate the website into several different languages, search and even play a game or two (click the frog)!  So there you have it, Greyson Chance Site Tools!

Greyson Chance Connects with Fans

Greyson Chance stays connected with his fans using Twitter and Facebook… all from his iPhone!  Greyson fans world-wide stay connected with their teen idol many different ways.  You obviously already know about Greyson’s fan website, GreysonChanceWeb.com because you’re reading this article!  But what has Greyson himself been doing to interact with fans?

Well in case you were wondering, Greyson Chance has an iPhone.  A quick check of his Twitter account (@GreysonChance) reveals that up until July 18th Greyson was sending out tweets via the web.  We presume the web browser he used was on a computer, meaning that that Greyson had to find a PC with an internet connection in order to update fans.  In an earlier article we let you know that while Greyson was in New York he was having trouble updating his Twitter due to the fact that his hotel didn’t have wifi.  Greyson being the awesome, tech-savy celebrity that he is quickly adapted and started using his iPhone.

Yesterday (July 23rd) Greyson tweeted to his fans that he was at a show on Broadway during the show!  Today Greyson again updated his fans using his iPhone, letting us know that he was heading back to Los Angeles in the morning and joked how he had to get up early even though he is not a morning person.

Like if all this wasn’t enough, Greyson takes it a step further and keeps his Facebook fans in the loop as well!  Greyson setup his Facebook account using a service called “TweetePo.st”, this is a service which automatically updates your Facebook account with your Twitter updates. (We use a similar service here at GreysonChanceWeb.com!)

Greyson has done an amazing job of keeping all his fans in the loop about his daily happenings and we know that this will continue to be the case.  Of course, if you want a one-stop resource for everything Greyson Michael Chance, we are always here for you at the Greyson Chance Fan Site, Greyson Chance Web!
