Greyson Chance Talks Hold On ‘Til The Night, Dream Tour and Celeb Crush!

Greyson Chance took some time during the Hold On ‘Til The Night release party in Union Square to speak with Popstar Magazine about the album, his dream tour lineup, girls and celebrity crushes!

“Crazy” is how Greyson describes the fact that his debut album reached #8 on iTunes within 24 hours of its release.  Greyson’s favorite song to record on the album was the title song, Hold On ‘Til The Night.

With a smile on his face Greyson said that he thought it was great Justin Bieber tweeted his Unfriend You music video.  Justin is a “good friend” of Greyson’s and there is no animosity between the two teen singers.

Answering some fan questions Greyson told us that if he wasn’t singing he would be doing something with photography.  One fan asked what Greyson’s dream tour lineup would be, simple: Lady Gaga, Journey and Taylor Swift!

Greyson Chance Popstar Interview at MTV Movie Awards

Greyson Chance attended the MTV Movie Awards on June 5th and had the opportunity to meet some of the biggest stars in Hollywood.  Greyson also walked the red carpet with the stars and was gobbled up by all the press eager to interview the young singer.  Popstar Magazine has followed Greyson with us from the start and they just released their carpet chat with him.

Recapping the Waiting4U Tour, Greyson said that he had a blast on the road with Cody Simpson but is now looking forward to the August 2nd release of his debut album Hold on ‘Til The Night!  The title song “Hold on “Til The Night” is Greyson’s favorite song on the album, so be sure to look for that!

On the carpet Greyson said that he wanted to meet Emma Watson, one of the stars from his favorite movie series, Harry Potter. (In case you didn’t read our earlier post, he did meet her!)

As far as where Greyson would go on tour if he had to choose somewhere on the spot, he said Paris, France! (Greyson loves his French fans!)

To finish up Greyson was asked what the biggest jaw dropping moment for him has been so far; Greyson said it’s all been pretty jaw dropping but after the release of his first album, he’s sure that will take the cake!

Greyson Chance Interviewed about Girls, Music and Celeb Crushes!

Greyson Chance shared some intimate secrets with Popstar Magazine at the 2010 Teen Choice Awards this year and we just got our hands on the newly released video footage from that interview!

Popstar Magazine has done an amazing job covering Greyson Chance at all the major events as well as through interviews and photo shoots at their corporate offices. 

Most recently Greyson visited Popstar for a photoshoot, be sure to check out the exclusive behind the scenes footage!  If you’ve been checking out Greyson’s #1 Fansite for any length of time then you already know that Popstar has released to us several other videos featuring Greyson, including when the teen singer talks about his album, his Twitter account, his feelings on dating a fan, the Teen Choice Awards, Lady Gaga, Justin Bieber and girls!

In Popstar’s newest released video, we are taken back to the 2010 Teen Choice Awards when Greyson is interviewed about girls, his music and future plans. We’ve transcribed and summarized the interview below for your reading pleasure and added the video to the bottom of this article.

Popstar:  On a first date, what would you make a girl for dinner?
Greyson Chance:  Spaghetti!

Popstar:  What is your ideal first date?
Greyson Chance:  On the beach.

Popstar:  What is the first thing you notice about a girl when she walks into a room?
Greyson Chance:  If she is wearing makeup, that’s the number one thing.

Popstar:  Who would you like to work with in your music career?
Greyson Chance:  Of course Gaga (Lady Gaga), that’s number 1, but I love Hayley Williams, I love Pink, kinda that rock voice, I love it.

Popstar:  Who is your favorite celebrity crush?
Greyson Chance:  Scarlett Johansson or Dianna Agron from GLEE.

Greyson Chance Popstar Photoshoot Video

Greyson Chance has really started to find his groove when it comes to working the camera.  The thirteen-year-old singer has come a long way since his first photo shoot back in July which we gave you a behind the scenes look at.

Since Greyson’s first shoot, he’s participated in several others including one for PopEater in July and the MOG Music Network last month.  (Did you know that we’ve added these Greyson Chance Photos to our huge gallery?)

We were the first to get our hands on a brand new video giving us a behind-the-scenes look at one of Greyson’s photoshoots during a recent visit to Popstar Magazine.  In the video Greyson sports a few different outfits and laughs it up in what appears to be a great experience.

This particular photo shoot starts outside with Greyson being photographed by some trees and with “Max”, the photographer’s dog.  They then head inside to the studio where Greyson poses with an issue of the very popular Popstar magazine.  Finishing it off Greyson strikes a few final poses before they call it a wrap!

Greyson Chance Would Date a Fan

The hearts of teen girls everywhere are pouring with excitement right about now after hearing from Greyson Chance himself that he would date a fan!

Early last month Greyson Chance stopped by the Popstar Magazine offices where he talked about meeting Lady Gaga at her concert in Los Angeles and his experience at the Teen Choice Awards. In a newly released video by Popstar, we found out the teen idol has also confirmed he would date a fan!

If you recall, during Greyson’s Wonderwall Twitter Interview the first week of August, he was asked in a two-part question how he felt about the fact that so many girls were crushing on him; in response Greyson admitted that it feels great.  He was then asked. “would you date a fan”, his response then was “maybe!”.

Greyson may have been holding a little back when he answered this question though because only a few days later during his interview with Popstar he was asked again if he would date a fan.  Greyson openly told us “of course I would”!

Greyson Chance: “So I know a lot of my fans ask if I would ever date a fan and why not! I mean why not, of course I would!”

So girls, now that we know Greyson would date a fan, how can you win his heart? Well, in an earlier interview with Popstar Greyson tells us three things that he looks for in a girl. Greyson Chance likes a girl that doesn’t ware makeup, he like a girl that doesn’t lie and someone who can be themselves.

Greyson Chance Talks about Teen Choice Awards with Popstar Magazine

When Greyson Chance stopped by Popstar magazine recently, Lady Gaga wasn’t the only topic the young singer talked about.

As you probably recall, Greyson Chance attended the 2010 Teen Choice Awards and spoke with Popstar before the show on the green carpet.  During Greyson’s most recent visit to Popstar he told them that the award show was awesome and had a blast walking the carpet.  We learned that Greyson had the opportunity to meet David Archuleta and a few other stars.

Greyson Chance Talks Lady Gaga with Popstar

Greyson Chance stopped by Popstar magazine again recently to talk about Lady Gaga and her L.A. concert.

Earlier we told you that Greyson attended another Lady Gaga concert in Los Angeles, California.  The August 11th show was Greyson’s second time seeing his idol perform live on stage.  (The first was in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma  on July 18th.)

The day after the concert Greyson told Popstar that Gaga was “amazing”!  Pokerface was Greyson’s favorite song of the evening but meeting Lady Gaga after the show again was definitely the highlight of his night.

Checkout this video of Greyson Chance talking with Popstar magazine after meeting Lady Gaga for the first time, following her concert in Oklahoma City.  Greyson said that she was so inspirational and put on a great show.  He also expressed the genuine love and respect he has for Lady Gaga as an artist.

Greyson Chance in Popstar Magazine’s, Stars of Summer

Greyson Chance is featured in the “Stars of Summer” edition of Popstar Magazine.

If you recall, we told you a few days back about how Popstar Magazine followed Greyson to the Teen Choice Awards and had the opportunity to interview him on video.  This isn’t the only recent coverage the magazine has had with the young singer though.

In the Stars of Summer edition, Greyson is featured in a spread playing the piano on the Ellen DeGeneres as Ellen watches on in amazement.  Pop-star Cody Simpson is also featured on the same spread with Greyson.

Here is a picture of Greyson holding the Stars of Summer edition and giving it the thumps up!
