Greyson Chance is featured in a newly released VEVO video as part of the channel’s ‘Ask:Reply’ segment.  During the video Greyson talks directly to his fans, answering questions which we have been dieing to ask the teen singer.

This interview/question and answer session has a very intimate feel and you can really tell that Greyson is answering questions from the heart.  We’ve gone through the video and summarized the Q&A’s below for your reading pleasure.

Mya: What is your ultimate goal in life?
Greyson Chance: I think my ultimate goal in life is to create a new sound and create a new music… what I strive to do is kind of make real music but still keep it in the pop modern.

Shiru: How did you come to love playing piano?
Greyson Chance: I took about three years of piano lessons, it’s something I’ve always wanted to do so I tried really hard and then I learned the Paparazzi peice and now I’m here!

Sauna: Can you wish me luck on my chemistry report? I have to memorize it!
Greyson Chance: Hey Sauna, good luck on your chemistry report, wish you the best… even if you maybe don’t do so good on it at least your tried!

Calvin: What inspired and motivated you to write your new album?
Greyson Chance: I was inspired by hate, by love, by what is going on in the world right now…. I wrote it about what I was going through.

Izzy: Whose album did you last buy?
Greyson Chance: The last album, the last record I bought was actually Amy Winehouse ‘Back to Black’.
